Big Idea | Putting the wage gap in front of people will make them think about and question why it still exists.
Experiential Execution
A pop-up restaurant with a menu that is priced for females and males based off the current wage gap. When customers question the price differences, a card will be handed to them by a server to explain the purpose.
Digital Execution
A Snapchat filter available only on March 8th, International Women’s Day, that detects the price on a tag of a retail item and discounts it by 18%, in accordance to the wage gap. The use of this filter will be limited to stores UN Women will be partnering with, for example, Macy’s, American Eagle, Urban Outfitters, etc.
